Refund Policy
Last updated: 4 July 2026
Ganbo's build service itself is free. The only charges we ever collect are pass-through fees a provider requires upfront (for example, a domain registration). This policy explains when those fees can be refunded.
Before we place your order
If you request a cancellation before we've placed the corresponding order with the provider, we will refund the full upfront fee. Contact us as soon as possible via the contact page.
After we've placed the order
- Domains and registered assets are typically non-refundable by the registrar. In this case, the domain still belongs to you and is transferred at handover.
- Where a provider's own terms allow a refund, we will pass the refunded amount back to you (net of any provider fees).
Build issues
If your delivered package does not match the brief you submitted, contact us within 14 days of handover. We will investigate and, where the fault is on our side, either fix the build or refund any upfront fees paid.
How to request a refund
Submit a support ticket from your Ganbo console (Support → New ticket) or email us using the details on the contact page. Include your job number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Affiliate disclosure
Ganbo earns referral commissions from third-party providers (including Shopify, Base44, Stripe, Klaviyo, Meta, TikTok and dropshipping suppliers) when you sign up through us. Those commissions are what fund the free build; they do not change what you pay the provider. This disclosure is made in line with FTC 16 CFR Part 255 and equivalent guidance in the UK, EU and Asia-Pacific. Refunds under this policy cover pass-through provider fees only — Ganbo does not charge for the build itself.
