Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ganbo's website and ecommerce build service. By creating an account or submitting a job order, you agree to these terms.
The service
Ganbo assembles ecommerce stores and connects supporting tools on your behalf, using third-party platforms you choose. The output is delivered as a handover package (credentials, accounts, and step-by-step guide) via your Ganbo console.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into this agreement.
Fees
Ganbo's build service is offered free where funded by affiliate commissions from providers you sign up to. Where a provider requires an upfront cost (for example a domain registration), we collect the exact pass-through fee before we place the order. All fees are shown before you pay. See our Refund Policy.
Provider accounts
Accounts created on your behalf (e.g. Shopify, Stripe, Klaviyo) belong to you. You are responsible for complying with each provider's own terms and policies. Ganbo does not retain ongoing access unless you specifically request it.
Acceptable use
- You will not use Ganbo to build stores for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or prohibited products.
- You will not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Ganbo may refuse or cancel a build that violates these terms or a provider's policies.
Intellectual property
You own the store, content and accounts delivered to you. The Ganbo brand, website, application, courses and community content remain the intellectual property of Ganbo.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Ganbo does not guarantee sales, traffic or any specific business outcome. Testimonials and case studies shown are illustrative — results vary based on your effort, market and advertising decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ganbo's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid to Ganbo in the twelve months preceding the claim. Ganbo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue or goodwill.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Ganbo agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us via the contact page. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use of the service after that point means you accept the revised terms. You may close your account at any time via the console or by contacting us.
